- Gender focus: we seek to nurture gender equity through our actions.
- Rights approach: through education on sexual and reproductive rights, we prioritize the human rights of girls, boys and adolescents.
- Intersectional approach: we understand how multiple social identities intersect in the experience of each person and reflect situations of inequality.
- Intercultural approach: we value diversity in all its expressions, which has led us to build dialogues of knowledge with indigenous communities such as the Nasa in Cauca and the Wayuu in Uribia.
- Diversity, inclusion and disability approach: The Valiente project will ensure the active participation of people with disabilities in each of the planned processes.

We adapt the training of our students according to their needs, contexts and realities
Project-based learning:
Involving children and adolescents in projects that address relevant sexuality issues helps them to better internalize the information shared.
