What is the User Alliance?
It is a space for active participation open to all individuals who use our organization’s services. The group’s purpose is to promote continuous improvement in the quality of care, ensure the rights and duties of users, and foster open communication between Profamilia and its patients.
Objectives of the User Alliance
- Active participation: Engage users in decision-making processes regarding the quality of services.
- Monitoring and improvement: Collaborate in the evaluation and enhancement of the care provided by Profamilia.
- Promotion of rights: Ensure that users’ rights are respected and their duties fulfilled.
