What is the Profamilia Ethics Hotline?
The Ethics Hotline is a confidential and anonymous communication channel available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, created so that Profamilia’s stakeholders can report any behavior or activity they consider unethical by any member of the organization.
The process to report a violation of the Code of Ethics is simple:
- Indicate whether you want to file a complaint, make a consultation, or share an ethical dilemma related to actions or behaviors that may go against the law or Profamilia’s Code of Good Governance and Ethics.
- Describe the situation in detail.
- Let us know how we can contact you regarding the issue. If you wish to be contacted directly, please provide your name and contact information. If you prefer to remain anonymous, you can return to the website later to check for feedback or provide additional information.
