To access the tubal ligation service, please keep the following in mind:

A pre-surgical evaluation appointment is required, valid for at least one month.

If anesthesia services are required, they have an additional cost.

It is an outpatient procedure and includes a five (5)-day medical leave.

If you are covered through your EPS (Health Insurance Provider), the authorization must be addressed to Profamilia and be valid at the time of the procedure.
Please remember that this procedure requires general anesthesia, which involves an additional payment
